Our Clergy are Among the Most Respected

• Mother Powell is the first Rector since St. Martin's became Parish in 2001, but has served since 1986. She is a graduate of the General Theological Seminary in Manhattan and has served in St. Peter's, West Chester Square in the Bronx, and Sts. John, Paul & Clement in Mt. Vernon, NY.
• Deacon Smyth is a graduate of the New Jersey Diaconal Foundation Program and has served St. Martin's since 1998.

Sunday School and Sunday Morning Education

St. Martin's approach to Christian Education is based upon our understanding of the nature of the promises we make during the Baptismal Litugies and the renewal of our own vows when we witness a Baptism. Please click to learn more!

WORSHIP is the Catalyst and the Culmination

At St. Martin's, worship is both the catalyst for and the culmination of all other activities.

Through celebration of the two great sacraments of Baptism and the Eucharist, we are renewed in awareness and strengthened in our commitment as a Covenant people.

As we repeatedly move through the seasons of the Church Calendar, we bring the events of our lives as individuals and as community into contact with the patterns of our Lord's earthly life and ministry.

The atmosphere of our worship is perhaps best described as "joyful seriousness."
